Audience Development Plan for Whitstable Castle and Gardens - Read the executive summary
CC produced the ADP to support the successful Stage 1 Bid to the HLF's Parks for People programme, for redevelopment of the Castle and Gardens and subsequently produced audience development, volunteer and training plans to support a successful Stage 2 Bid to the HLF.

CC Undertook an evaluation and HLF monitoring of this Heritage Lottery Fund cataloguing, digitising and combined web site project. 2008.

Westminster City Council
Review of City Plan - Read the executive summary
CC carried out a highly successful review of the Westminster City Plan, undertaking wide ranging consultation and in depth research with a wide range of agencies and partners working in the City, including the main voluntary sector networks. Our work led to a high profile for culture in new City Plan (2006)

Development of an Olympics Volunteering Framework for Westminster - Read the executive summary
CC with Perfect Moment developed this action plan for volunteering focused on London 2012 which also sought to enhance the skills and employability of local residents and fed into the broader volunteering strategy now nearing completion. It recognised the special position that Westminster holds in relation to 2012 and London's major events and visitor economy
